5 Types of Women Men Avoid Marrying

For starters, it was difficult for me to put this piece together.

Not because of the title itself, but because of my innate instinct to not only protect women but to empower them into believing that we can have anything we want.

Especially when it comes to men.

Although my bias when it comes to women dating is apparent, I know that we do in fact showcase our negative traits when we are not secure in life, love, and relationships.

If you are a woman and you want to get married, date, or be in a serious relationship, we need to smarten up about our dating patterns.

This means avoiding certain male types, but it also means recognizing what we are doing wrong and whether the type of woman you are putting out there to men attracts or repels them.

This bullet was hard to bite, but here are a few types of women that men avoid marrying. Let’s pull out our pens and papers ladies.

The Control Freak

Having a sense of control over everything in my life has been quite a downfall. It also hasn’t helped when getting to know someone on a deeper level.

If you can sympathize, then you know that being in control is not always the best antidote.

For this woman, her ideal relationship is less about compatibility and compromise and more about having someone do everything she says.

The only way she can be happy is if she has complete control over circumstances which ruin all opportunity for spontaneity, romantic surprises, and, a man to love out of his own free will.

The Comparative Woman

Making comparisons can be a relationship killer from the start.

This type of woman compares you to either her toxic ex or her father that most men will never live up to.

The best way to combat this behavior is by accepting your new beau for all that he is, instead of what you experienced in your past.

The Emotionally Unavailable

Being emotionally unavailable is mostly placed on men who aren’t comfortable in expressing their emotions, but oftentimes, women too possess this lack of openness.

In order for a relationship to truly survive, we must lean into our feminity and become vulnerable with our partners,

The emotionally unavailable woman refuses to express themselves and is evasive to the point where it becomes exhausting trying to get through to them.

The Insecure One

Confidence and having a sense of self is the most attractive trait that anyone can possess. For women, this one is key.

However, an insecure woman will seem very pleasant, loving, and accommodating at first,

But, when all her insecurities go up, she’ll annoyingly call the man she is dating excessively, asking where you are, or what you are doing.

The Man Hater

Last but not least is the man-hater. Similar to the feminist, she actually hates men. These types of women often look down on men accounting for a long list of all the injustice and transgressions of every guy that they shared a relationship with.

The best advice here is to heal from your past before starting anything new. It’s unfair to bring someone else your baggage and unload it onto them.
